Will the Minister of YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS be pleased to state:
(a) the number of events held for ‘Volunteer for Bharat’, month-wise
during 2025;
(b) the number of volunteers registered via the website for these
events; and
(c) the number and percentage of events that did not receive a single
volunteer through the website?

(a) to (c) Under the ‘Volunteer for Bharat’ initiative events and
activities posted in collaboration with various departments and
institutions across the country on the MY Bharat Portal where youth
can register to participate in nation-building efforts are termed as
Volunteer Opportunities (VOs). Month-wise number of VOs posted on
the portal, number of youths registered for these VOs and the number
and percentage of Events (VOs) that did not receive volunteer
participation is at annexure.
