(b)the details of the total number of beneficiaries reported under the
ABRY;
(c)the details of the estimated outlay and the total number of
beneficiaries under the ELI Scheme along with duration of its
implementation;
(d)the details of the financial implications of the said Scheme on the
Government;
(e)the details of the names of the nodal departments entrusted with
the responsibility for the implementation of the said Scheme; and
(f)whether the Government has taken any steps to set up a digital
system infrastructure for implementing the said Scheme and if so,
the details thereof?

(a) to (f): The Aatmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana (ABRY) was
launched with effect from 1st October, 2020 to incentivize

employers for creation of new employment and restoration of loss of
employment during Covid- 19 pandemic. The terminal date for
registration of beneficiaries was 31.03.2022. The beneficiaries
registered upto 31.03.2022 continued to receive the benefits for 2
years from the date of registration under the scheme. As on
31.03.2024, benefits have been provided to 60.49 lakh beneficiaries
through 1.52 lakh establishments.
The Government on 01.07.2025 approved the
Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme named as Prime Minister
Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojna to support employment generation,
enhance employability and social security, across all sectors, with
special focus on the manufacturing sector. The scheme has a
registration period of two years from 01.08.2025 to 31.07.2027 and
a budgetary outlay of ₹ 99,446 Crore for the period FY 2025-26 to FY
2031-32. The scheme comprises of two parts i.e. Part A and Part B
and focuses on providing support to both employees and employers
by way of incentives. The scheme provides for incentives for 1.92
crore new eligible employees under Part A. Incentive for creation of
approx. 2.59 crore additional jobs to employers is provided for under
Part B of the scheme.
The scheme is to be implemented through Employees
Provident Fund Organisation, EPFO will develop an IT platform. All
New Employees (First Timers and Re-joinees) will be required to get
their Universal Account Number (UAN) authenticated using biometric
authentication methods as available for Aadhaar. The payment is to
