(a) to (c) : The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP)
has been constituted inter-alia, for regulation and maintenance of standards of education
and services by allied and healthcare professionals listed under the Schedule of NCAHP
Act, 2021. The Professional Council members along with the taskforce members under
the Commission, have beenassigned the task of draftingthe curriculumfor Advance Care
ParamedicandEmergency Medical Technologist.
(d) & (e): Public Health is a state subject and State Governments are primarily
responsible for healthcaredelivery, training,appointment/ recruitmentof Paramedics.
