Will the Minister of LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT be pleased to
state:
(a)whether the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has
taken a significant step forward in its efforts to enhance member
services by increasing the auto-settlement limit for advance
claims from existing amount to Rs. 5 lakhs in order to help EPFO
members in receiving their funds faster, especially in times of
urgent need; and
(b)if so, the details of implementation and violations noticed, action
taken thereon, beneficiary State-wise especially in the States of
Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Bihar and Kerala along with the
complaints received till now and solutions found to address
various issues and other shortcomings while implementing it?

advance claims from the existing 1 lakh to 5 lakhs, which will help in
