Skill upgradation of existing HR is another major strategy under NRHM for achievingimprovement inhealthoutcomes. (e) Under the CSS for ‘Strengthening and upgradation of Government medical colleges for increase of PG seats’, 8058 seats, including 556 PG seats in Uttar Pradesh, 849 PG seats inMadhya Pradeshand314seats inBihar have beenapprovedintwo Phases. *****
