The release of grants under the RGSA Scheme are based on timely receipt and approval of annual action plan, contribution of matching State share (for RGSA) and utilization certificates of the previous grants. The release of grantsunder IoPScheme iscontingent upon timelyreceipt of utilizationcertificatesof the previousgrants. (d) An amount of Rs.790.70 crore hasbeen utilised bythe State underthe RGSAscheme that includes Central share of Rs. 323.57 crore, matching State share of Rs. 215.71 crore and Rs. 251.42 crore unspent balance of previous years released for capacity building of the elected representatives and theirfunctionaries of the PRIs andfor infrastructure like Gram Panchayat Bhawan, computers and peripherals. The entire amount of Rs.16.16 released under the IoP scheme has been utilised as financial incentives to the best performing Panchayats in the State in recognition of their good work for improving delivery of services and public goods selected under the National Panchayat Award competitions.
