ANSWER MINISTER OF PANCHAYATI RAJ (SHRIRAJIVRANJAN SINGH ALIAS LALAN SINGH) (a)and (b) As on18thMarch 2026,Drone survey hasbeen completedin10,283 villages out of 12,083 notified villages. 53,591 property cards have been prepared and 4,581 property cards have beendistributed inPunjab. District wise detailsare at Annexure-I. (c) The main objective of the SVAMITVAScheme isto provide Record of Rights to property owners in rural inhabited areas. No information is available with the Ministry on the amount ofloanavailedbybeneficiariesinPunjab.
