Parliament Question: Imparting Training under UNNATI

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT LOK SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. 3841 ANSWERED ON 11/08/2026 IMPARTING TRAINING UNDER UNNATI 3841. Shri Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy: Will the Minister of RURAL DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has allocated 16159 as target for Telangana under UNNATI to impart training by the DDU-GKY, RSETIs and KVKs, out of which 11334 candidates have completed training under DDU-GKY (1412), RSETIs (2863) and KVKs (7059); (b) whether stipend was paid to 342 candidates out of 1412 under DDU-GKY and the data was uploaded on Kaushal Pragati Portal of the trained candidates, if so, the details thereof; (c) whether the software was not available for 1070 trained candidates who were waiting for enabling the software in Kaushal Bharat under DDU-GKY and the stipend payment was pending to be paid for 1070 candidates, if so, the details thereof; and (d) whether out of 7059 KVKs trained candidates, (EGMM), Telangana, has already submitted 2292 candidates from 12 Districts in Phase-l and 1193 KVK beneficiaries from 8 districts, if so, the details thereof? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT (SHRI KAMLESH PASWAN) (a): Employment Generation and Marketing Mission (EGMM) - Telangana was allocated a target of 16159 for the State of Telangana under UNNATI to impart training under DDU-GKY, RSETI, and KVKs, out of which 11334 candidates have completed training, including 1412 under DDU-GKY, 2863 under RSETIs and 7059 under KVKs. (b) & (c): Stipend has been paid to 342 candidates trained under DDU-GKY and the data of the same has been uploaded on the portal. For remaining candidates trained under DDU-GKY, data on their Page 1 of 2attendance has now been forwarded manually and payment of the stipends are being processed. (d): EGMM-Telangana has already submitted 2292 candidates from 12 districts (Adilabad, Kothagudem, Hanumakonda, Jagithyal, Jangoan, Kamareddy, Mahabubabad, Mulugu, Nirmal, Sangreddy, Warangal, and Yadadri) in phase-I and 1193 KVK beneficiaries from 8 districts (Jagityal, Jogulamba Gadwal, Nalgonda, Nagar Kurnool, Peddapalli, Medak, Wanaparthy, and Yadadri). ***** Page 2 of 2
