SHRI KESINENI SIVANATH: Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state: (a) the details and the total number of proposals received and approved under Micro & Small Enterprises–Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) since its inception, year-wise, State- wise and district-wise for Andhra Pradesh; (b) the funds allocated, released and utilised, since its inception, year-wise and State-wise; (c) the physical status of approved projects and the timeline targeted for completion, State-wise and district-wise for Andhra Pradesh; (d) the measures taken to ensure skilling of women entrepreneurs to form self-employment generating clusters in different sectors such as textiles; and (e) the issues faced in implementation of the scheme and the measures taken to address the same? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SUSHRI SHOBHA KARANDLAJE) (a) to (c): The details of total number of proposals approved under Micro & Small Enterprises– Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) since its inception, year-wise, State-wise and district-wise in Andhra Pradesh along with funds allocated, released and status, is given at Annexure. (d): Under the Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programme (ESDP) scheme during the last five Financial Years, total 42,211 number of training programmes were conducted involving 19,54,701 participants including 6,66,327 women beneficiaries in different sectors. (e): The issues faced in implementation of the projects are addressed in coordination with the State Government and the concerned Implementing Agency. *******Annexure Annexure referred to in reply of part (a) to (c) of Lok Sabha Unstarred Question No. 3027 for answer on 06.08.2026.
