SHRI RAJENDRA GEHLOT: Will the Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare be pleased to state: (a) the current status of the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (PM-RKVY) in various States of the country, particularly in Rajasthan; (b) the details of the projects implemented under the said scheme, especially in the districts of Rajasthan, their current status and the details of fund utilization for each project; and (c) whether any projects related to soil health improvement, micro-irrigation crop residue management and agro-forestry have been sanctioned or completed under the scheme in the districts, if so, the details thereof? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (SHRI RAM NATH THAKUR) (a): The Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (PM-RKVY) Scheme is implemented to encourage States to invest more in agriculture. A consolidated Annual Action Plan for the various Schemes under PM-RKVY, submitted by the State Governments, is approved by Department of Agriculture & Farmers welfare. Details of funds released to the various States including Rajasthan, as on 10.02.2026, under PM-RKVY during the current year is at Annexure-I. (b) to (c): Under the centrally sponsored scheme, Pradhan Mantri-Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (PM-RKVY) is being implemented in the State of Rajasthan. The State Government has informed that 61 projects are approved for 2025-26 under the Detailed Project Report (DPR) component. Details of the projects are at Annexure- II. Additionally, the state was sanctioned Rs. 178.86 crore under Per Drop More Crop (PDMC), Rs. 18.56 crore under Soil Health & Fertility (SH&F) and Rs. 6.67 crore under Agro forestry.Annexure-I State-wise allocation and release during 2025-26 (Rs. in Crore) Sl.
