(a)the detailsof funds allocated for theTele-MANAS program since itsinception,yearwise;
(b) the detailsof funds spent underthe Tele-MANASprogram since itsinception,year-wise;
(c)the detailsof numberof people currentlyemployedinthe 51 StateTele-MANASCells,
State/UTwise; and
(d) the detailsof the number of people thathave used the 24X7 counselling service since
the inceptionof the scheme,year-wise?

(a) to (d) The Government has launched a “National Tele Mental Health Programme”
(NTMHP) on 10th October, 2022, that functions as the digital arm of the District Mental
Health Programmeto provide universal accesstoequitable, accessible, affordable and quality
mental health care through 24 x 7 tele-mental health counselling services. For this, a toll-free
number(14416) hasbeenset upacross the country.
The details of the funds allocated andspent for the Tele-MANAS program since itsinception,
year-wiseisasfollows:
