WILL THE MINISTER OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS BE PLEASED TO
STATE:
(a) whether the Government has taken any steps and investigate
the allegations against Navayuga Engineering Construction Limited
(NECL) and to fix accountability in this regard;
(b) whether the Government is considering blacklisting the
company owing to its involvement in multiple collapses, illegal
mining practices and environmental concerns; and
(c) the steps taken to ensure that such companies are held
accountable for their action?
