SHRI RAMASAHAYAM RAGHURAM REDDY: Will the Minister of JAL SHAKTI be pleased to state: (a) whether the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Central dashboard shows any blocks/mandals in Telangana where household tap-connection targets remain unachieved as on the latest reporting date and the reasons for such gaps including forest clearances, land acquisition delays or water quality issues; (b) if so, the details thereof and the number of households still without functional tap connections along with the funds released to Telangana for JJM projects during the last two years; (c) if not, the reasons therefor; (d) whether any Central technical assistance such as establishment of water quality testing laboratories, deployment of fluoride-mitigation technologies or other interventions has been extended specifically for high-fluoride affected habitations in Telangana; and (e) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
