**Complaints:** The State of Haryana has reported that no complaints related to payment delays, record discrepancies, or ineligibility of women for JSY benefits have been received in the Sonipat Lok Sabha Constituency, as of the date of this report.
**Improvements and Future Initiatives:** To improve JSY payments, the State of Haryana has implemented the following measures:
* A standardized one-page JSY form detailing required documents for claiming benefits is implemented across all districts.
* Since April 2025, SNAS-PARSH has been implemented for transparent, digital, and timely payments directly to beneficiaries' accounts.
* Regular monitoring of the JSY scheme is conducted through Video Conferences (VCs), quarterly JSY reports, and Supportive Supervision visits made by State teams under the Systemic Assessment Resilient Transformation in Health Knowledge (SARTHAK) program.
To enhance transparency, digitalization, and timeliness of benefit distribution, the scheme has been notified as a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme, with payments made directly into the accounts of beneficiaries.

(a) and (b): Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY) is a safe motherhood intervention under the
National Health Mission (NHM) to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality. Sonipat
Loksabha constituency covers two districts, Sonipat and Jind. The district wise details of
number of women benefited under this scheme in Sonipat Lok Sabha constituency from FY

(c) and (d): The State of Haryana has reported that as per the records available till date, no
complaint has been received related to delay in payment, discrepancy in records or eligible
womennot gettingbenefitsunderJSYinSonipatLokSabhaConstituency.
(e) and (f): To improve the payments under JSY, it has been reported by the State that the
following steps have beentaken:
A standard “One pager JSY Form” with details of all the required documents,
