before each of these Courts and Tribunals during the last five years,
year-wise;
(c)the details of the number of cases pending for disposal beyond
their prescribed timelimit, tribunal and year-wise;
(d) the details of the sanctioned staff strength for each Labour Court
and Industrial Tribunal, post-wise along with their current status of
the staff and duration of their vacancies;
(e)the details of the funds allocated, released and utilised for
infrastructure development, modernisation, digitisation and
service delivery improvement of these Courts and Tribunals during
the last five years; and
(f)whether there is any proposal to establish a Central Government
