LAUNCHING OF NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY BOARD
3766. SHRI NEERAJ DANGI:
Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS be pleased to state :-
(a) whether in 2023, the Ministry published the final notification for constituting the National
Road Safety Board and Government notified the National Road Safety Board Rules, 2025 under
GSR 795(E) on 27 October, 2025;
(b) if so, by when this National Road Safety Board would become fully operational; and
(c) the details thereof?

(a) to (c) The Government has notified the National Road Safety Board Rules, 2025 vide
Notification GSR 795(E) dated 27.10.2025. The constitution of the Board is under process.
