MCA 21 por tal crashing
2768 Shri K.R. Suresh Reddy:
Will the Minister of Corporate Affairs be pleased to state:
(a) whether Government has taken note of the complaints regarding MCA 21 portal crashing
around the time for annual filings;
(b) if so, the steps being taken by Government to ensure such crashes and lapses do not recur
in the future; and
(c) the details of number of times the portal has crashed in the last three years, year-wise?

(a)(b) & (c) No sir. There is no such systemic failure. Version-3 of MCA21 (MCA21 V3) has
been launched to promote Ease of Doing Business, strengthen compliance and enhance
transparency. Through MCA21 V3, functionalities like Web filings, LLP Module, Company
module, e-Enforcement, e-Adjudication, e-Consultation, e-Book Learning Management
System have already been implemented. All filings are now being made through V3. During
the last three years the number of forms which have been filed on the MCA21 V3 portal are as
under:
