ANSWER THE MINISTER OFSTATE IN THE MINISTRYOFHEALTH AND FAMILYWELFARE (SHRIPRATAPRAO JADHAV) (a) to (d): As per the information furnished by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital & Research Centre (JLNHRC), Bhilai is being supported by Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) / Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) through the deployment of medical and non-medical manpower, along with the provision of requisite medical facilities and equipment, and budgetary support towards its operation and maintenance during the current financialyear.Asperthe informationprovidedbytheMinistry of Steel,Government of India,at present, 142 doctors and 399 non-executive staff are deployed in the hospital. In addition, 130 personnel engaged through external agency have been deployed across Medical and Health Services to meetfunctionalrequirements.
