(a)the numberof medical collegespermittedtobe openedby the National Medical
Commission during the last five years, State/UT-wise;
(b) the numberof applications receivedby the NMC for openingnewmedicalcollegesduring
the last five years, State/UTandyear-wise;
(c)whether the National Medical Commission also permitsprivate applicantstoopen deemed
medicalcolleges inthe country; and
(d) if so, the detailsthereof
