(b) the details of the type of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR ) activities done by
them;
(c) the details of expenditure, project wise; and
(d) the details of the future provision and budget for the same?

(a): There are ten (10) working Mines of major minerals in Jajpur district of Odisha, the
details of which are enclosed as Annexure-I.
(b) & (c): As per the information provided by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, all data
related to CSR filed by companies in MCA21 registry, including project-wise, is
available in public domain and can be accessed at www.csr.gov.in. As per the registry,
the details of development sector-wise CSR expenditure in Jajpur district of Odisha
for the years from FY 2021-22 to FY 2023-24 are enclosed as Annexure-II.
(d): As per the information provided by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, CSR is a Board
driven process and the Board of the company is empowered to plan, decide, execute
and monitor CSR activities of the company based on the recommendation of its CSR
Committee. The Board has to ensure that the approved amount has been spent on
the assigned activity(ies). In case any amount remains unspent, such amount shall be
transferred in the designated fund(s) in Schedule VII in the prescribed time limit. Under
CSR framework, companies need to balance local area preferences with national
