Will the Minister of ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY be pleased to state:
(a) the details of projects being implemented by National Cyber Security Coordination Centre
(NCCC) under various phases;
(b) the amount earmarked and released for NCCC during the last two years;
(c) the number of cybercrime awareness workshops organized for police officers, judicial officers
and other personnel; and
(d) whether there is effective coordination among various stakeholders in handling cyber crimes
and cyber security of the country and if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d): National Cyber Coordination Centre (NCCC) is being implemented by the Indian
Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In).
CERT-In works with other agencies involved in ensuring cybersecurity, including Telecom
Security Operations Centre (TSOC), Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), National
Centre Information Infrastructure Protection Centre (NCIIPC), etc.
NCCC examines the cyberspace to detect cyber security threats. It shares the information with
concerned organizations, state governments and stakeholder agencies for taking action.
NCCC along with other agencies was able to successfully prevent cyber-attacks during the G20
summit and other major events. The capacity of NCCC is being developed in phases with
necessary budgetary allocation to suitably address the cybersecurity challenges before the country.
