* **2023-24:** Allocation: 50.45, Expenditure: 49.61, Utilization Rate: 98.33%
* **2024-25:** Allocation: 13.15, Expenditure: 11.29, Utilization Rate: 85.85%
The data indicates a significant decrease in both allocation and volunteer deployment in the most recent year.
**Honorarium Enhancement:** As of August 11, 2025, there is no proposal under consideration to enhance the honorarium provided to volunteers under the NYC scheme.

Will the Minister of YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS be pleased to state:
(a) the number of new registrations under the National Youth Corps
scheme during the last three years, State/UT-wise;
(b) the total funds allocated under the said scheme during the last
three years, State/UT-wise;
(c) the details of the utilization rate of the allocated funds under the
said scheme during the last three years, State/UT-wise;
(d) whether the Government proposes to enhance the honorarium
provided to the volunteers under the said scheme; and
(e) if so, the details thereof?

(a) The details of number of volunteers deployed State/UT-wise under
the National Youth Corps Scheme during the last three years is

(b) & (c) The funds under the Department of Youth Affairs are
allocated scheme-wise and not State/UT-wise. The details of total
funds allocated and utilization rate of the allocated funds during the
last 3 years for National Youth Corps Scheme is as follows:(Figure in Crore)
