(a) the outreach target aimed by the Government for farmers and farm women
under Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan 2025;
(b) the number of district-level launch events conducted across the country so far,
State/UT-wise particularly in the State of Chhattisgarh;
(c) whether the campaign incorporates field demonstrations of ICAR-CIFA
technologies, if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the number of such programmes organized in Sidhi Lok Sabha Constituency
along with the outcomes thereof?

(a): The Government had targeted to reach 1.0-1.5 crore farmers including farm
women under Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan 2025. In all, 1,35,42,105 farmers including
39,72,412 farm women (29.3%) participated in the Abhiyan.
1(b): The Abhiyan was organized in 728 districts of the country including 29 districts
in the State of Chhattisgarh. State wise number of districts where the Abhiyan was
launched/organized is given in Annexure.
(c): Yes, farmers were made aware about ICAR-CIFA technologies during the
campaign. The ICAR-CIFA technologies namely, freshwater carp culture, carp seed
rearing, ornamental fish rearing, catfish production, freshwater prawn, and freshwater
pearl culture were showcased.
(d): In Sidhi Lok Sabha Constituency, 206 such programmes were organized with
participation of 30,280 farmers. Awareness was created about improved agricultural
technologies for Kharif season, promotion of use of advance machines, tools and
gadgets and quality inputs (fertilizers, pesticides, seed, etc.) among the farmers.
