3580. SHRI RYAGA KRISHNAIAH:
Will the Minister of CORPORATE AFFAIRS कॉरपोरेट कार्य मंत्री
be pleased to state:
(a) the details of total cases registered in National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
from the year 2020 till date and the increase in the number of such cases during the last
three years;
(b) the total number of cases registered under company bankruptcy and the total
outstanding liability of these companies and the total valuation of such companies and
the details of amount received after the sale during the said period; and
(c) the total number of petitions filed by various public, semi-public and private bank
under IBC during the said period?

(a) The details of total cases under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Mergers
& Acquisition and Companies Act registered in National Company Law Tribunal
(NCLT) from the year 2020 including last three years is as follows:
