underNHM andNUHM inthe last five years, year-wise andState-wise;
(b) the details of number of in-position posts for the above mentioned positions under
NHM andNUHM inthe last five years, year-wiseand State-wise; and
(c) the details of number of vacant posts for the above mentioned positions under NHM
andNUHM inthe last five years, year-wise andState-wise?

(a)to(c): All the administrative and personnel matters related to health human resource
lies with the respective State/UT Governments. Under National Health Mission, Ministry
(NHM) of Health & Family Welfare provides financialand technical support to States/UTs to
strengthen their healthcare systems based on the requirements posed by them in their
ProgrammeImplementation Plans(PIPs)within theiroverall resource envelope.State-wise details of sanctionedposts of GDMOs,Medical Officers(full-time andpart
-time), Specialists, Staff Nurses, ANMs, LHVs, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, Allied and
Healthcare Workers, Programme Management Staff, etc. in the last five years is available at
