SHRI ARVIND GANPAT SAWANT: SHRI OMPRAKASH BHUPALSINH ALIAS PAVAN RAJENIMBALKAR: Will the Minister of COMMUNICATION be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government aware that many post offices and majority of office/post offices of postal divisions are functioning from dilapidated rental building inducing Dharashiv (Osmanabad) Postal Division; (b) if so, the reasons therefor and the time by which these are likely to be shifted to their own buildings; (c) the reaction of the Government thereto; (d) the list of such post offices of Osmanabad (Dharashiv) Postal Division of Maharashtra which are functioning from rental buildings inspite of having their own land; (e) the reasons for not constructing post office building in various areas of Maharashtra such as Bhoom, Vashi, Kalamb and Murum inspite of having land with postal department; (f) whether such situation may lead to encroachment; and (g) the effective steps taken by the Government to avoid such situation and construction of own buildings of post office?
