Will the Minister of Jal Shakti be pleased to state:
(a) the amount sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana for the Financial Year 2023-24;
(b) the cost-sharing ratio between the Central and State Governments for implementing the said scheme; and
(c) the cost-sharing ratio for the North-Eastern States and hilly States?

(a) Central assistance provided during financial year 2023-24 under different components of Pradhan Mantri
Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) is as follows.

Further, 100% central assistance is provided to the Union Territories without legislature under SMI and
RRR, whereas funding ratio for Union Territories with legislature under these components is 90 (Centre): 10
(State). 100% central assistance is provided to Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh under
WDC.
