DR. BHOLASINGH: Will the Minister of HEALTHAND FAMILYWELFAREbe pleased tostate: (a) the progress made under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB- PMJAY), includingbeneficiariescoveredandhospital admissions during the last three years; (b) the number of empanelled Government and private hospitals in Bulandshahr District, Uttar Pradesh along with the number of beneficiaries who have availed treatment under the Scheme; (c) whether the Government has taken steps to strengthen Ayushman Arogya Mandirs and digitalhealthservices underthe AyushmanBharat Digital Mission inBulandshahr; and (d) if so, the detailsthereof? ANSWER THE MINISTER OFSTATEIN THE MINISTRYOFHEALTHAND FAMILYWELFARE (SHRIPRATAPRAOJADHAV) (a): Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) provides health coverage ofRs. 5lakhperfamilyperyearforsecondary andtertiarycare hospitalizationto12 crore economically vulnerable families, constituting the bottom 40% of India's population.In March 2024, the scheme was expanded to include approximately 37 lakh families of AccreditedSocialHealthActivists,AnganwadiWorkers,andAnganwadiHelpers.Thescheme was further expanded in October 2024 to cover 6 crore senior citizens of age 70 years and abovebelongingto4.5crorefamiliesirrespectiveoftheirsocio-economicstatus. Atotalof7.14crorehospitaladmissionsamountingtoRs.1.17lakhcrorehavebeenauthorized underAB-PMJAYacrossthecountryduringthelastthreeyears(FY2023-24toFY2025-26). (b): As on 30.06.2026, a total of 171 hospitals are empanelled under AB-PMJAY in Bulandshahr district, Uttar Pradesh, comprising 70 government hospitals and 101 privatehospitals. The details of the empanelled hospitals can be accessed at: https://hem.nha.gov.in/search Further, as on 30.06.2026, a total of 2.98 lakh hospital admissions amounting to Rs. 460.94 crorehavebeenauthorizedinBulandshahrdistrict,UttarPradesh. (c)and(d): TheAyushman BharatDigital Mission(ABDM)was launchedbytheGovernment of India in September 2021 to support the development of an integrated, citizen-centric nationaldigitalhealthecosystem.Ason20.07.2026,atotalof24lakhAyushmanBharatHealth Accounts(ABHAs) have beencreated, 16lakh healthrecordshave beenlinkedwith ABHAs, 1,283 health facilities have been registered on Health Facility Registry and 1,772 healthcare professionals have been registered on Health Professional Registry in Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh.Further, 545 public health facilities and 161 private health facilities use an ABDM enabled software in Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh. In addition, through 1.86 lakhAyushmanArogyaMandirsinthe country,comprehensive primaryhealthcareisprovided bystrengtheningSubHealthCentresandPrimaryHealthCentres. *****
