Parliament Question: Projects in Telangana

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF TOURISM RAJYA SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO.779 ANSWERED ON 05.02.2026 PROJECTS IN TELANGANA 779 SHRI ANIL KUMAR YADAV MANDADI: Will the Minister of TOURISM be pleased to state: (a) the details of projects sanctioned under PRASAD scheme in Telangana during the financial years 2023-24, 2024-2025 and 2025-26 respectively; (b) the details of funds allocated and released for those projects during the above period; and (d) the status of the projects, year-wise? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF TOURISM (SHRI GAJENDRA SINGH SHEKHAWAT) (a), (b) and (d): The Ministry of Tourism under its Central Sector Scheme, “Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual, Heritage Augmentation Drive” (PRASHAD) aims to enhance the spiritual and pilgrimage experience by holistically developing tourism infrastructure at pilgrimage and heritage sites.
