under these programmes during the last three years and the current
year;

improve tourism infrastructure such as access roads, way finding
signages, sanitation facilities and tourist information centres; and

THE MINISTER OF TOURISM (SHRI GAJENDRA SINGH SHEKHAWAT)
(a) to (d): Ministry of Tourism promotes tourism destinations and products
of India through various initiatives including promotional events,
assistance to State Governments for organizing fairs and festivals,
website and social media etc.
The Ministry also provides financial assistance to State Governments/
Union Territory Administrations for development and promotion of tourism
related infrastructure under its various schemes.
