(a) to (c) As per the information received from the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the
Autonomous State Medical College, Pratapgarh has prepared a roster for posting of Non-PG
Junior Residents in the concernedclinical departments to augment the availability of doctors and
ensure smooth functioning of medico-legal work. Two (02) specialist doctors in Department of
Medicine and one DNB Specialist in Department of Radiology are available for treatment ofpatients as well as for teaching and training of MBBS students. For upgradation of equipment,
the Government of Uttar Pradesh has sanctioned ₹30.00 lakh for the Financial Year 2025–26 for
procuring various equipment including Slit Lamp and C-Arm. Further, the Government of Uttar
Pradesh has enhanced the remuneration to ensure effective implementation of recruitment and to
attractspecialist doctors/medicalteachersoncontractbasis.
(d) & (e) The Principal of the Medical College (MD Forensic Medicine), is facilitating the
