GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION RAJYA SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. : 2570 TO BE ANSWERED ON THE 16th March 2026 ROUTES OPERATIONALISED IN HARYANA UNDER UDAN 2570. SMT REKHA SHARMA Will the Minister of CIVIL AVIATION be pleased to state:- (a) the number of routes operationalised in the State of Haryana under UDAN; (b) the increase in passenger traffic during the last five years; and (c) whether additional routes are proposed to enhance last-mile connectivity? ANSWER Minister of State in the Ministry of CIVIL AVIATION (Shri Murlidhar Mohol) (a): In the State of Haryana, a total of 06 routes have been operationalised under the Regional Connectivity Scheme-Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik (RCS-UDAN) Scheme. (b) The total number of passengers handled increased from 341.05 million in 2019-20 to 411.77 million in 2024-25. (c) RCS-UDAN is a market-driven scheme which has operationalised 663 routes across the country to enhance regional connectivity. To further strengthen and expand regional air connectivity, the Government has announced the launch of the modified UDAN Scheme to increase regional connectivity to 120 new destinations across the country, to cater to 4 crore passengers over the next 10 years. ******
