ANITA NAGARSINGH CHOUHAN: Will the Minister of AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE कृ(cid:874)ष एव ं(cid:873)कसान क(cid:227)याण म(cid:287)ं ी be pleased to state: (a) the details of the funds sanctioned and spent under the Centrally Sponsored Schemes for promoting natural farming, micro-irrigation (drip irrigation), and millets (Shree Anna) in Ratlam, Jhabua, and Alirajpur districts of Madhya Pradesh during the year 2025-26 and 2026-27 scheme-wise; (b) the number of farmers benefitted under the natural farming, drip irrigation, and Shree Anna programmes in these three districts during the said period, along with the total area in hectares covered through micro-irrigation district-wise; and (c) whether the Government proposes to approve additional financial assistance, training, demonstration units, and special projects for the widespread expansion of natural farming, micro-irrigation, and Shree Anna in the tribal dominated Lok Sabha Parliamentary Constituency No. 24 (Ratlam-Jhabua-Alirajpur); and if so, the details thereof? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE कृ(cid:874)ष एव ं (cid:873)कसान क(cid:227)याण रा(cid:207)य म(cid:287)ं ी (SHRI RAMNATH THAKUR) (a): The Government of India is implementing National Mission on Natural Farming (NMNF), Per Drop More Crop (PDMC) and National Food Security and Nutrition Mission (NFSNM) for promotion of natural farming, micro-irrigation (drip irrigation) and millets (Shree Anna) respectively, across all States/UTs, including Madhya Pradesh. District-wise details of funds released and expenditure are not maintained centrally, however, details of fund released and expenditure incurred as regards the State of Madhya Pradesh in respect of NMNF, PDMC and NFSNM during 2025-26 and 2026-27 is at Annexure-I.(b): According to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, details of farmers benefitted under Natural Farming, Micro-Irrigation and Millets (Shree Anna) schemes and area covered under micro irrigation in Ratlam, Jhabua, and Alirajpur districts of Madhya Pradesh during 2025-26 and 2026-27 is placed at Annexure II. (c): The Government of India provides financial assistance to States/UTs under Centrally Sponsored Schemes on the basis of Annual Action Plans (AAPs) received from the States as per the availability of funds and extant scheme guidelines.
