(a) to (f): As reported by States/UTs on Ayushman Arogya Mandir (AAM) portal, State/UT-
wise number of AAMs operationalized across the country, as on 15.07.2025, is enclosed as
Annexure-I.
Operational AAMs are equipped with robust Information Technology (IT) systems to ensure
efficient service delivery and data management. These systems include the necessary
hardware and software infrastructure to support real-time data entry, service tracking, and
reporting. Key digital platforms such as the Ayushman Arogya Mandir Portal, Health
Management Information System (HMIS), e-Sanjeevani, National Programme for Prevention
and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases (NP-NCD) Portal, and Reproductive and Child
Health (RCH) Portal are utilized to capture various health service parameters. This digital
ecosystem enables seamless monitoring, evaluation, and evidence-based planning at the
facility, block, district, state, and national levels, thereby strengthening accountability and
enhancingthe overall efficiencyof primaryhealthcare delivery.
Health Dynamics of India (HDI) (Infrastructure & Human Resources), 2022-23 is an annual
publication, based on Health care administrative data reported by States/UTs. Details of
