Will the Minister of YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS be pleased to state:
(a) the details of sports infrastructure projects sanctioned in Peddapalli,
Telangana under the Khelo India Scheme since its inception, including
funds allocated, released and the current status of each project;
(b) whether the Government has received proposals from the State
Government of Telangana regarding new infrastructure projects or requests
for the release of pending funds under the said scheme to Telangana State;
and
(c) if so, the details of such proposals along with the action taken, timeline
for project execution and fund disbursal?

sanctioned cost, funds released, and their physical and financial progress
under the Khelo India Scheme, across the country, including in the State of
Telangana, are available in the public domain on the dashboard of the
Ministry at https://mdsd.kheloindia.gov.in.
(b) and (c) Yes, Sir. Under the “Creation and upgradation of sports
infrastructure” component of the Khelo India Scheme, this Ministry has
received following proposals from the State Government of Telangana:
i) Construction of Multipurpose Sports Complex (Stadium) at Raigiri
Village, Bhuvanagiri Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District;
ii) Construction of Swimming Pool (All-Weather) at Bhongir, Yadadri

executing the projects rests with the grantee. In addition, funds under the
Schemes of this Department are released as per the various criteria viz.
