Will the Minister of STEEL be pleased to state:
(a) the present status of Purvodaya Scheme (Mission Purvodaya);
(b) the details and the components of the scheme; and
(c) the details of total funds allocated and utilised under the said scheme as on
28.02.2026, State/UT-wise?

(a)to(c): On 04.10.2021, the “Framework Policy on Development of Steel Clusters”
facilitating the creation and upgradation of steel clusters in India including Eastern
Region (Purvodaya states) was withdrawn.
