(a) the details of various schemes under which the Government is providing subsidy to
farmers across the country;
(b) whether the farmers of all the States of the country are receiving the benefit of subsidy
under all the said schemes;
(c) whether the farmers of Delhi are also being provided subsidy under the schemes of the
Government; and
(d) if so, the scheme-wise amount of subsidy received by the farmers of Delhi during the last
eleven years?

(a) & (b): Agriculture is a state subject. Government of India supports State Governments
through a range of central sector and centrally sponsored schemes. Theses schemes
address various aspects of agriculture, including subsidy for the benefit of farmers across
the country. List of schemes implemented by Department of Agriculture and Farmers
Welfare (DA&FW) is given at Annexure I.
(c) & (d): The financial details of schemes implemented by Department of Agriculture and
Farmers Welfare (DA&FW) for the welfare of farmers of Delhi during last eleven years i.e.

Financial details of schemes benefiting farmers in Delhi
I. CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEMES
1. Twenty (20) installments of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM - KISAN) have
been disbursed till now. Total ₹51.68 crore have been disbursed to farmers in Delhi. ₹2.89
crore have been disbursed to 11,516 beneficiaries under 20th Installment of Pradhan Mantri
Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM - KISAN).
2. 360 farmers, as on 30.06.2025, have been enrolled under Pradhan Mantri Kisan
Maan Dhan Yojana (PM - KMY) since its inception.
3. Under Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF), as on 30.06.2025, ₹35 crore have been
sanctioned for 14 projects. The total project cost for these sanctioned projects is ₹58 crore.
II. CENTRALLY SPONSORED SCHEMES
During last 11 years (i.e. from 2014-15 to 2024-25) ₹96.27 crore were allocated under
all components of Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY). Under all components of
Krishionnati Yojana (KY), allocation was ₹20.49 crore. In FY 2025-26 Action Plans of ₹5.77
crore and ₹1.10 crore have been approved by Government of India for implementation of
projects under PM-RKVY and KY respectively based on the proposal received from
Government of Delhi.
