SHRI T R BAALU Will the Minister of CIVIL AVIATION be pleased to state:- (a) whether the terminal at Tiruchirappalli Airport in Tamil Nadu lack basic facilities including a passenger lounge despite the new terminal being inaugurated 18 months ago; (b) if so, the reasons for the inordinate delay in establishing all passenger facilities at the said airport; and (c) the time by which all facilities would be made fully operational at Tiruchirappalli International Airport complex? ANSWER Minister of State in the Ministry of CIVIL AVIATION (Shri Murlidhar Mohol) (a) to (c): All essential passenger amenities have been made available at the New Terminal Building of Tiruchirappalli International Airport.
