VINODKUMARBIND: SHRIPRATAPCHANDRASARANGI: Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILYWELFARE be pleasedtostate: (a) the total number of children and pregnant women registered on the Universal Immunization Win (U-WIN portal) as of date in the country, State/UT-wise, particularly in Pali, Bengaluru and Dewas-Shajapur Parliamentary Constituencies of the States of Rajasthan, Karnataka and Madhya Pradeshrespectively; (b) whether QR code–based vaccination certificates were issued for and each every vaccine dose administered during the year 2025 and if so, the details thereof along with the total number of such QR code–based vaccination certificates issued to the beneficiaries, State/UT-wise including the said Parliamentary Constituencies; (c) the number of SMS reminder messages sent to beneficiaries for upcoming vaccination doses, separately for rural and urban areas, State/UT-wise including the said Parliamentary Constituencies; (d) whether the U-WIN portal has helped in identifying children who had not received any vaccine earlier (zero-dose children) and if so, the details thereof along with the number of such zero-dose children brought under vaccination coverage, State/UT-wise including the said Parliamentary constituencies; and (e)whether the U-WIN portal hasbeenintegrated with otheronline healthplatformsandif so,the detailsthereofalongwith the current status of such integration?ANSWER THE MINISTER OFSTATE IN THE MINISTRYOFHEALTH ANDFAMILYWELFARE (SMT.ANUPRIYAPATEL) (a) As on8th February2026, 11.12 cr.children and 3.78cr. pregnantwomen are registered on U-WIN portal. The State/UT wise detail is at Annexure-1. The registered beneficiaries in districts of constituency Pali, Bengaluru and Dewas-Shajapur parliamentary constituencies of the States of Rajasthan, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh is at Annexure- 2. (b) After everyvaccination event,beneficiaries can download the QR code-based vaccination certificate from U-WIN portal. In the year 2025, 8.01 crore beneficiaries were registered in U-WIN and the digital QR code-based certificates were made available to them. The State/UT wise detail is at Annexure-3 and the Parliamentary Constituency wise details is at Annexure-4. (c) A total of 29.42 crore SMSs including reminder SMSs were sent to the beneficiaries during the year2025 from U-WIN portal across the Country. (d) U-WIN has helped in line-listing of children due for vaccination. These children are digitally mapped on the portal for regular follow-ups with SMS alerts for ensuring their due doses. These children as identified also by the front-line workers, are provided their due vaccination which is duly recorded on U-WIN platform for ensuring completion of theirroutine immunization.
