Will the Ministerof HEALTH AND FAMILYWELFAREbe pleasedtostate:
(a) the total number of Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) sanctionedand currently operational
inthe country, State-wise anddistrict-wise for Andhra Pradesh;
(b) the number of Sub-Health Centres (SHCs) selected for upgradation into AAMs underthe PM
Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM), State-wise and district-wise for
Andhra Pradesh,alongwith the current status of upgradation;
(c) the details of the funds sanctioned, released and utilised for the upgradation of SHCs into
AAMs underPM-ABHIM, State-wise andyear-wisesince itsinception;
(d) the number of Sub-Health Centres selected for upgradation into AAMs under Finance
Commission Health Grants, State-wise and district-wise for Andhra Pradesh along with the
current status of upgradation;and
(e) the details of the funds sanctioned, released and utilised under Finance Commission Health
Grants for such upgradation,State-wise andyear-wise?

(a) to (e): As reported by States/UTs on Ayushman Arogya Mandir (AAM) portal, 1,86,298
AAMs have been operationalized across the country, ason 30.06.2026. State/UT-wise numberof
AAMs operationalized across the country includingAndhra Pradesh is enclosed as Annexure-I.
District-wise, details of AAMs operationalised in Andhra Pradesh, as on 30.06.2026, is attached
asAnnexure-II.
A total of 696 Sub Health Centres (SHC) under Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health
Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) and 1,558 SHCs under fifteenth finance commission (XV-
FC)healthgrantshave been approvedfor upgradationintoAAMs inAndhra Pradesh.
Details of State/UT-wise Central Release and Expenditure under PM-ABHIM since inception to
FY 2025-26 is attached at Annexure-III. Details of State-wise Approvals, Release & Fund
Utilized from Award Period 2021-22 to Award Period 2025-26 under Fifteenth Finance
Commission isattachedat Annexure-IV.
