New Delhi, the 27th August, 2025
S.O. 3925(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the National Medical
Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 10 (E), dated the 2nd January, 2023, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 3, Sub-section (ii), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
3260 (E), dated the 24th September, 2020 (the said notification) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-
II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 24th September, 2020, namely:-
2. In the said notification, for paragraphs (4) and (5) and the tables relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted, namely :--
"(4) Under clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 4, the following members of the Medical Advisory
Council nominated under clauses (c) and (d) of sub-section (2) of section 11, shall be appointed as part-time Members
for a period of two years with effect from the date of notification of their appointment in the Official Gazette:
