Ms. No. 105, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (H1), 26th August 2016, ÝõE 10, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-56/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the rules Published with the Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection Department Notification No.SRO B-77/2015 on Page 114 of Part III - Section 1 (b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 7th October 2015, as subsequently amended. 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th November 2015. AMENDMENT In the said Rules, in rule 7, for the expression “Rs.55150-1230-58930-1380-63070,” the expression 51550-1230-58930-1380- 63070" shall be subsituted. COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT Ad-hoc Rules relating to the Temporary Post of Senior Systems Manager in Registration Department in Tamil Nadu Registration Service. [G.O. Ms. No. 109, Commercial Taxes and Registration (H), 23rd August 2016, ÝõE 7, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-57/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following rules:— 2. The rules hereby made shall come into force on and from the 23rd August 2016. RULES The General and the Special Rules applicable to the holders of the permanent post of Assistant Inspector General of Registration in the Tamil Nadu Registration Service shall apply to the holders of the temporary post of Senior Systems Manager, subject to the modifications specified in the following rules:- 2. Constitution.—The post shall constitute a separate category in the said Service. 3. Appointment.—Appointment to the post shall be made as follows:- (i) by promotion from among the holders of the post of System Analyst; or (ii) if no candidate is available for promotion, by recruitment by transfer from any other service; or (iii) if no candidate is available for promotion or by recruitment by transfer, by direct recruitment. 4. Appointing Authority.— The appointing authority for the post shall be the Government. 5. Qualifications.— (a) Age.- No person shall be eligible for appointment to the post by direct recruitment, if he/she has completed or will complete thirty years of age, on the 1st day of July of the year in which the notification for recruitment is issued.Sep. 14, 2016] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 83 (b) Other Qualifications.—No person shall be eligible for appointment to the post specified in column (1) unless he/she possesses the qualifications specified in the corresponding entries in column (3), by the respective method of appointment mentioned in column (2) of the Table below:- THE TABLE Post Method of Recruitment Qualifications (1) (2) (3) Senior Systems Direct recruitment (or) B.E. Degree or B.Tech Degree in Manager Recruitment by transfer Computer Science or Information Technology, with three years of experience in Software field. (or) MCA Degree or M.Sc., Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with five years of experience in Software field. Promotion Must be an approved probationer and must have put in not less than three years of service in the Post of System Analyst. 6. Reservation of Appointment.—The Rule relating to reservation of appointments (General Rule 22) shall not apply for appointment to the post by direct recruitment. 7. Probation.—Every person appointed to the post by direct recruitment shall, from the date on which he/she joins duty, be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years: Provided that every person appointed to the said post by recruitment by transfer shall, from the date on which he/she joins duty, be on probation for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. 8. Tests.—A probationer in this category shall pass the following tests, within the period of his probation namely:- (i) Registration Tests; (ii) Tamil Nadu Government Office Manual Test; (iii) Third class language test in Tamil (will not apply to a person who studied in Tamil medium or Tamil as language at least upto X Standard) 9. Pay:-There shall be paid to the holder of the post, a monthly pay calculated in the pay band of Rs. 15600 - 39100 with Grade pay of Rs. 6600. Ad-hoc Rules relating to the Temporary Post of System Analyst in Registration Department in Tamil Nadu Registration Service. [G.O. Ms. No. 110, Commercial Taxes and Registration (H) 23rd August 2016, ÝõE 7, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-58/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following rules:— 2. Appointing Authority.— The appointing authority for the post shall be the Government. 5.
