एतदद्वारा, जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयम बनाता ह,ै नामतः :-
1) सजं िप्त िीर्कड और प्रारंभण :-
1. आन जिजनयमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम ईत्पाद पाआपलाआन
पररिहन टैररफ का जनधाडरण) तीसरा संिोधन जिजनयम, 0202 कहा िाएगा।
2. ये ददनांक 1 िलु ाइ, 0202 से लागू होंगे।
2) पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम ईत्पाद पाआपलाआन पररिहन टैररफ का
जनधाडरण) जिजनयम, 0212 म,ें -
(क) जिजनयम 4 में नौिें परंतुक के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक रख ददया िाएगा, नामतः :-
“बित े संक्रमणकालीन 30.06.0220 तक की जिस्ट्ताररत संक्रमण ऄिजध भी पणू ड होने के पश्चात 30.9.0202 तक की
ऄिजध के जलए बढ़ाया िाए।”;
(ख) जिजनयम 5 में अठिें परंतकु के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत परंतकु रख ददया िाएगा, नामतः :-
“बित े आस जिजनयम के ऄंतगडत पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम ईत्पाद पाआपलाआन पररिहन टैररफ जनधाडरण के जलए भी रेलि े

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2020
F.No. PNGRB/M(C)/62/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural
Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, hereby makes the
following regulations, further to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum
and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, namely : -
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of
Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Third Amendment Regulations, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on 01st July, 2020.
2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products
Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, –
(a) in regulation 4, after the ninth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
―Provided also that the transitional period may on the completion of the extended transition period till
30.06.2020, be further extended up to, and inclusive of, 30.09.2020‖;
(b) in regulation 5, after the eighth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
―Provided also that the determination of the petroleum and petroleum products pipeline transportation tariff
under this regulation shall be benchmarked against the goods tariff table of the railways as applicable on the
date of the coming into force of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of
Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Third Amendment Regulations, 2020 and
if the goods tariff table of the railways is revised during the further extended period of transition, the Board
may consider the benchmarking of the petroleum and petroleum products transportation tariff against such
revision.‖
