Notice is hereby given that the National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench at New Delhi, has ordered the commencement of Insolvency Resolution Process of Mr. Subhash Dabas, R/o B-59, Vinobha Kunj, Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi-110085 and also at Welcome Hotel, Dwarka Plot No. 03, Sector 10, Dwarka, Delhi-110075 (Personal Guarantor to M/S Tirupati Infraprojects Private Ltd) from 12th October, 2026.
The creditors of Mr. Subhash Dabas are hereby called upon to submit their claims with proof on or before 4th November, 2026 to the Resolution Professional at the e-mail address mentioned against entry No. 6.
