(ii). का.आ.3639 (अ) दिनांक 28.08.2024 - 17.6264 20.4149 6737 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और यतः, मै. गुिरात औद्योजगक जवकास जनगम ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थकक क्षेत्र से 15.59989 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै और, यतः गुिरात राज्य सरकार ने उनके पत्र नंबर आईसी/इन्द्रा/एनओसी/02163524 दिनांक 16 िनवरी, 2024 के प्रत्र के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी ि े िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, ऐस े भूजम पासकल का उपयोग बुजनयािी ढांचे के जनमाकण के जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मलू रूप से पररकजल्पत एसईिेड के उद्दश्े य को परू ा करेगा;

और यतः जवकास आयुक्त, कांडला जविेष आर्थकक िोन ने जविषे आर्थकक िोन के 15.59989 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गकत अपक्षे ाओं तथा अन्द्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st August, 2026 S.O. 4849(E).— WHEREAS, M/s. Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, a state industrial promotion organization in the State of Gujarat had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector-specific Special Economic Zone for Apparel Park at Khokhra, Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified/de-

notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below in the table: - S. notification of 15.59989 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Gujarat has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No. IC/INFRA/NOC/02163524 dated 16.01.2024. Further, after de-notification, the land parcels would be utilized towards the creation of infrastructure which would sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Kandla Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 15.59989 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 15.59989 hectares, thereby making the resultant area as 4.81501 hectares.
