और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार ने, जविेष आर्थवक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्न ताजलका म ें उल्लेजखत क्षेत्रों को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन में अजधसूजचत तथा अनजधसूजचत दकया था;

3. का.आ. 4821(अ) दिनांक 5 नवंबर, 2024 - 25.428 361.378 और यतः, मै. अजधष्ठान प्राइवेट जलजमटेड ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थवक क्षेत्र से 40.103 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह ै और, यतः आंध्रप्रिेि राज्य सरकार न े उनके पत्र नंबर 390671/इंफ्रा/ए3/2018-21 दिनांक 28 िून, 2026 ओर 390671/इंफ्रा/ए3/2018-23 दिनांक 5 िलु ाई, 2026 के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिरू ी ि े िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, भूजम पासवल का उपयोग बुजनयािी ढांचे के जनमावण के जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मूल रूप से पठरकजल्पत एसईिेड के उद्देश्य को परू ा करेगा और ऐसा जवमुरीकृत क्षेत्र संबंजधत राज्य सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििाजनिेिों/मास्ट्टर पलान की पुजष्ट करेगा;

और यतः जवकास आयुक्त, जविाखापत्तनम जविेष आर्थवक िोन ने जविेष आर्थवक िोन के 40.103 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गवत अपक्षे ाओं तथा अन्द्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2026 S.O. 5782(E).— Whereas, M/s. Adhistan Private Limited (formerly M/s. Brandix India Apparel City Pvt. Ltd), had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Textile at Duppituru, Moturupalem, Maruturu and Gurujaplem Villages, Visakhapatnam District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified and de-notified the following

3. S.O.4821(E) dated 5th November, 2024 - 25.428 361.378 AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Adhistan Private Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 40.103 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Andhra Pradesh has given its approval to the proposal vide letters No.390671/Infra/A3/2018-21 dated 28th June, 2026 and No.390671/Infra/A3/2018-23 dated 5th July, 2026. Further, after de-notification, the land parcels would be utilized for the creation of infrastructure which would sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged and such de-notified area will confirm to Land Use Guidelines/master plans of the respective State Government;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 40.103 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 40.103 hectares, thereby making the resultant area as 321.275 hectares.
