New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026
S.O. 2343(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 140 of the
Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby notify that the provisions of section 139 of
the Code, shall not apply in relation to vacancies which carry a total remuneration (wages as defined in the said Code)
of less than eleven thousand rupees per month.
