Short title and Commencement. - (1) This order may be called the Public Utility Services (Ninth Order) 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of June, 2024. 2. The Central Government hereby declares the services engaged in the industry of defence establishments, to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a further period of six months with effect from 24th June, 2024.
