hereby re-appoints Justice (Retired) Ashok Bhushan, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, as Chairperson,
National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, in the pay scale of Rs. 2,50,000/- (fixed) per month, with effect from the
date of assumption of charge of the post till attaining the age of Seventy years i.e. till 4th July,2026.
