S.O. 4841(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 read with Section 8 of the Pre-conception
and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, the Central Government hereby makes
the following further amendment in the Notification No. S.O. 85(E), dated 5thFebruary, 1997, issued by Government
of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
2. In the said notification, under the heading “Appointed under clause (g) of sub-section (2) of section 7”, for serial
numbers 19, 21 and 22 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted , namely: -
